Besan ka chilla !
This is an absolutely amazing, quick to make dish that is super healthy too. It is popularly known as the vegetarian omelette, for the texture it has.
Recipe is simple and straightforward.
Step 1: In a bowl add Besan, chopped vegetables, salt, cumin, a spoon of curd and water. Mix and bring to a batter consistency.
Step 2: Pour on a hot tawa and cover and cook. Add a little oil to roast it and flip it slowly. Done your Besan chilla is ready.
