The most easy and tasty Aloo ki sabzi!










Potato is one of the most cook friendly vegetables!! it can blend so well with any dish so well. Also it is like a savior in many occasions.just chop and fry it'll bring a big smile on your kids face!  


This one pot potato sabzi is going to be the best one too. It is super easy to make and done by itself... no need to monitor keep adding things ,no need of watching.... all done in no time! 





This sabzi is sooo easy to make, it can save your life when you have unannounced guests. It is filled with flavor to the last bit and the best part is that you can make it with whatever is available at home. Just chop everything and throw then in a pressure cooker with some spices and done!


What do you need to make the Most easy Aloo sabzi?


  • Potatos 
  • Onions 
  • Tomatoes 
  • Bay leaf 
  • Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • Fennel seeds (Saunf) 
  • Turmaric powder 
  • Garam Masala 
  • Salt
  • Chilly powder 
How to make the most easy Aloo Sabzi? 

Step 1: Chop vegitables roughly. Tomatoes , onions, potatoes.













Step 2: Add 4 spoons of oil to a pressure cooker, add cumin, bay leaf, fennel seeds once they start to crackle add onions and ginger garlic paste. 













Step 3: Add tomatoes and the spices, Garam masala, chilly powder, salt, turmeric and mix all this well. 




Step 4: Add enough water to drown all the vegitables and mix well. Check the spice level and make sure nothing is over powering. 




Step 5: Cook this for 2-3 whistles and done your super yummy one pot potato curry is ready!! Ready to go with Pooris, Rotis , Chapatis, rice... anything!! Garnish with some fresh coriander and serve it hot!!
