Poha mixture is one of the easiest snacks that you can make and i love easy  snacks. It can be literally done under 20 minutes and it tastes yummy. you can serve it with tea, have it as a evening snack or just munch on it while you watch a movie. 


You can cook poha in many many ways and it is one of the healthiest breakfast options. Cook it with all the vegetables and vola!!! you have a super healthy breakfast. This snack is deep fried and yet it is yummy, it is a great tea time snack and awesome when paired with hot tea.





What do we need to make Poha Chudwa?

  • Poha the thick one 
  • Groundnuts 
  • Curry leaves 
  • Oil 
  • chilli powder
  • Salt 
  • Turmeric powder 



How to make Poha Chudwa?


Step 1:  Is to fry the poha, Use the deep fry strainer to do it. This is one of the best kitchen gadgets you can have. It can fry anything you want in this without having to worry about the straining of oil. 



Step 2:  Deep fry some Groundnuts, keep aside.




Step 3: Deep fry some curry leaves, keep aside




Step 4: Is to mix everything, Spices as per your choice. Mix with your hand making sure everything mixes really well. Tadaaaaa!! your home made mixture is ready!
