Peppery Dry Panner

Pepper panner is an awesome dish, It is very easy to make and has a nice and powerful punch from the fresh ground pepper corns. I have used very little chili powder, but the actual punch comes from pepper.

There were 2 things that helped me come up with this easy Pepper panner recipe. Reason 1 - So basically there was this panner that is on the verge of expiring and i did not want to make a gravy. Reason 2 - The rains in Bangalore called  for something nice and spicy and pepper came to my mind. I mixed up both and made this awesome dish.

This dish comes together in less than 15 minutes and will be a show stopper at any party. Because it is a dry panner dish it is easy to serve it in any party. Adjust the spice levels according to your taste. Also it is a deliberate thing to not make it Chinese by adding soy sauce or chilly sauce.
