Homemade Mint leaves Powder

Mint powder is best served with steamed rice (HOT!!) with a little helping of ghee. Ghee is a very important part of the south Indian cuisine. The reason it is important for any podi / powder is simply obvious, the powder is dry and when you eat something so dry it can cause a stomach ache and it also helps balance the spice a little.
