Bread Roll Recipe | Stuffed Bread Roll | Bread potato Roll







Bread rolls is an easy, crispy snack that can be served at a kids birthday party or a kitty party. The bread rolls will be loved equally. They are nice and crisp outside, soft and airy inside. The mashed potato that is mildly spiced adds a nice twist to the bread rolls. 




This is one snack that is loved by all. Serve it as a starter ,  serve it at a kids party or serve it for you movie night with friends! I promise you it will be your star dish! You will be surprised how easy these are to make! 


What do you need to make the Bread Rolls?

  • Bread slices
  • Boiled and mashed Potatoes
  • Finely chopped onions 
  • Fresh Coriander 
  • Green Chilies
  • Salt
  • Chili Powder 
  • Green Peas 
  • Cumin Powder 
  • Corn Flour 



How to make Bread Rolls?

Step 1: Boil and mash the potatoes, boiled green peas, chopped onions, salt, chili powder, chopped fresh coriander, green chillies, cumin powder and mix it really well. 



Note: make sure you have drained out the water from your boiled potatoes and Peas really well. else the stuffing will be soggy and you cannot make rolls of that. 


Step 2: Is to make the corn flour batter, this batter will be watery so do not be worried with the consistency. Now Chop of the sides of your bread and keep them ready. you can see in the image below. 




Step 3: Make small rolls of the potato stuffing and keep them ready. 






Step 4:  Dip the bread in water and squeeze out the water by pressing the slice in between your palms. Place the potato stuffing in the middle of the slice and close the sides and make sure the potato stuffing is covered with bread all over. Dip it in the corn flour slurry we prepared and gently drop them in hot oil. Fry till they turn golden brown!
