No Fry Crispy Rice Fingers
















Leftover rice??  i have just the recipe for weight watchers! this is such a yummy recipe, It makes use of the extra rice and also these are like super yummy fingers not deep fried. 






This little finger shaped snack is an awesome awesome way to get kids to eat their rice. If making for kids please use fresh rice. i would not recommend using anything that is leftover for the kids! 



What do you need to make these rice fingers? 


  • Leftover Rice
  • Rice flour
  • Cumin seeds 
  • Chopped coriander 
  • Mustard seeds
  • Salt 
  • Turmeric powder



How to make the no fry crispy Rice fingers?


Step 1: Mash the rice add some Rice flour and mix it well add some salt and mix well. Make long finger shapes and drop them in boiling water. Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes. strain and keep aside. 




Step 2: In a pan, add a spoon of oil and once hot add the cumin, mustard and a few curry leaves and a spoon of coriander and green chilli paste. Mix well.





Step 3: Add the fingers we just prepared and garnish with some salt, fry till they turn crisp. and tadaaa!! our crispy rice fingers are ready!
