Crispy Mysore Bonda / APF fitters

Mysore bonda is one of the easiest and yummiest of the deep fried fitters i have ever tasted. Apologies to the health conscious people who are reading this! The Mysore Bajjis are best when deep fried. Please follow the recipe on a day you won't mind cheating.

I am not sure why these are called Mysore bonda, i will have to look up the internet to find that history.

They are super easy to make and fly off a plate in no time. These Mysore Bajjis i have made are bite size, you can put one in your mouth and they will just melt away. The colour is so perfect and crisp that , you will just fall in love with the Mysore Bonda. The Mysore Bajjis that you get on the roadside in Hyderabad are huge and eating just 2 will fill you up!

There are 2 reasons why i have opted to make them smaller in size, Small size cooks faster and we can make then in small amounts of oil. If the size is big, you will either have to fry them one by one or fry then in a big kadai with lots of oil. So make these Baby Mysore Bajjis and enjoy them.
