Coriander and Gram flour Chutney

This Besan chutney is made with some super simple ingredients! It is a multi purpose chutney. Why i say multi purpose is because you can have it with a Paratha or some steamed rice. It will leave a licking impression on you.

I think this is a quick fix recipe that was born when the inventor ran out of vegitables. There is another very popular dish called pitla made with gram flour, this Pitla is more thicker and biteable chunks of gram flour, this chutney is more dilute and filled with various spices.

So, it is one of the most popular recipes, we have added a simple coriander twist to it. This recipe uses coriander in all 3 forms. The crunch from the whole coriander, flavour from the Coriander powder and the freshness from the coriander leaves. They come together to make the most yummiest besan chutney. Ofcourse we will add a few of this and that too... :)
