Carom Leave fitters - Ajwain ke bhajji

November is a beautiful time ! I loved this time from childhood. It is that time when the weather is just brilliant! It is the most pleasant time in a year! Summers and the heat is gone and winter starts to set in! Not too cold, just the nice weather. Anyways there is no need to find a reason to have some snacks with chai!

Nice weather calls for some yummy snacks. a nice breezy winter afternoon is not complete without a hot cup of tea and some deep fried snack. Today's deep fried snack is a super yummy Ajwain leaf bhajji.

Carom leaves are not very popular, usually anyone that uses these has a plant at home, they just go to the garden, pluck fresh leaves and make what they want. I haven't really seen the leaf in the vegetable market.
