Onion and Green Chili chutney

This is an awesome combination! Onions and green chillies. Onions are like life saver for me. Add them to any dish they add to all elements of the dish. It is about how we use them.

If you deep fry they can be crisp, if you use them raw they can add an awesome crunch, grind and use them they add spice and smooth texture. It is probably the most "Chef friendly" vegetable.

The speciality of this chutney is we do not cook the onion, yet it tastes yummm! The Sourness from tamarind and the spice from the green chillies balance out the chutney. But the best part is the seasoning, which gives a super crunch to the chutney!
