I am sharing 5 amazing varieties of chutneys you can make with Tomatoes, each one is my favourite and for me they go with a specific dish each! Of course you can mix them up, just sharing the way i like them!

One for the garlic lover, one for the no onion no garlic types , one for the super last minute party, One for those who love the crunch, one for that loves it not so crunchy, one for the tea time, one to go with plain rice.

1. Crunchy Tomato Chutney

An awesome and quick to make crunchy chutney! I love it. The soft tomatoes and the crunchy pulses in the tadka! they blend so beautifully well that you will fall in love with this version of the Chutney. It is best served with Parata's. Get the recipe HERE

2.  Spicy and instant Achari Tomato Chutney :

I don't have an Image for it, that is only because it vanishes from the bowl like in no time. Being a chutney it is quite an awesome thing. Serve it with some hot hot steamed rice and a little helping of Ghee!

3. 3 Minute No cook Tomato Chutney

This one is an inspiration from one of the best Mirichi Bajji makers in the whole world. This street vendor in Hyderabad who made the most amazing Mirchi Bajji's, he invented the instant chutney which is the best and is a crowd puller. Do try it once! this is best served with any fried fritters. We ate it with some Potato bajji. This one is a mixture of tomatoes , coriander, green chilli and onion. All raw , in their natural taste.

4. Spicy Tomato Chutney -No Onion No Garlic:

This is an awesome chutney no onion and no garlic chutney.  I come from a household with a team of no garlic and no onion people and they have a huge list of amazing chutneys. This one must be eaten with lots of ghee and hot steamed rice.

5. Super Spicy Garlic and Tomato Chutney

Although this comes as the 5th on the list it is an amazing chutney. It is so popular in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia. This is one this from my stay at Singapore that i adore! I love how same exact ingredients can be used in different ways and then taste completely different yet mind blowing. A mixture of sambal chillies and small onions with generous amounts of Garlic. While you can mellow down the spice level of the chutney, i suggest you make it spicy! only then you can enjoy it!
