Paneer and Corn Pulao

If you have seen any other recipes on my blog , you know that i am a lazy cook, i am inspired flavours but love recipes that are quick and easy.  The recipe i am sharing today is one such easy peasy one.

Pulao, fried rice, mixed rice, vegetable rice... these have become the life of nuclear families, not just life but are life savers! be it families with both husband and wife working or families with fussy kids.

Paneer /cottage cheese is loaded with protein and is exploding with flavours. The paneer twist will enhance the flavour of the mixed rice. I used the basmati / long grain rice to make this pulao which is used in making the most popular recipes around kitchens in India.  The basmati has an aroma that can fill the entire house with some kind of festiveness, may be because it is mostly used during special occasions and festivals. :)
