Butter!! the word is like magic..!! It has to be a chef's favourate. Be it baking or not, It adds it's own magic! I have to agree my favourite breakfast even when i was working was bread and butter ! only the bread was dripping of butter and has a sprinkle of salt and pepper! oh i loved it!!
This is going to be my shortest post and quickest recipe ever! You will never buy butter after you realise how easy this is! I have step by step process to make it easy.
Butter goes well with anything but You have to try the Awesome combination of Homemade butter and the Ada dosa.
What do you need to make Butter?
We need to collect cream from the milk , do it for like a week or may be 10 days (MAX) and then we will make our fresh butter. That is all we need.
Note: The cream you collect has to be in an air tight box and always in the refrigerator.
How to make butter?
Step 1: Put all that cream you collected into a blender and start blending, add a little water to make this process quick. Stop when you see the butter and buttermilk separate.
Step 2: Drop this ball of butter into water and wash it. This will help in eliminate any sour smell it has. That is it!! Store and use.
Note:
1. No!!! the butter will not mix with the water, instead it will float and the washing bit will clean any sour smell that
2. The buttermilk that separates when you make the butter! you can use it in making roti. Add it to any of the dishes you are making, it will add a brilliant flavour to whatever dish that is.
