Crispyyy Dosa with leftover boiled potatoes








This one turned out so yummmy, it is already become a popular breakfast item at my home.

Potato is one of the most used and loved vegetable in any home and there are situations when you have boiled extra potatoes and are thinking of what to do. While making samosas or masala dosa is a an option, this dish i am going to share is going to be a hit at your home!!

 I had some boiled potatoes at home and made this instant dosa, another one where i do not have step by step pictures, but the dish is extremely easy  peasy!! :)


What do you need to make Crispy Potato Dosa?

  • Leftover boiled potatoes
  • Wheat flour 
  • Finely chopped green chillies
  • Finely chopped coriander 
  • Salt
  • Cumin seeds 
  • Oil 

How to make Crispy Potato Dosa? 

Step 1 is to blend the boiled potato and make a nice smooth paste, use a blender and add a some water to make dosa like batter. make it a little watery.

Step 2 is to add Chopped coriander, chopped green chillies, salt and cumin seeds and some wheat flour (for binding) to the batter. The batter should not be too thick, it should be of watery Constancy.

Step 3 is to spread the batter on a flat pan and turn it over once its crisp! That is it your yummy dosa is ready.
