How to make Chinese style Roti?

Step 1 is to make Roti chips,  Slice up the phulka into Juliens and deep fry. keep aside. You can look up my recipe on how to make roti chips for detailed recipe with images.

Step 2 is take a kadai add some oil and fry the chopped vegetables, as i say always add the capsicum in the end, it will allow the capsicum to cook yet stay crisp. Once the vegetables are nice and crisp add slat, pepper, soy sauce and tomato sauce.

Step 3 is to add the Roti chips  to this and garnish with some coriander and serve :). I suggest you add the roti chips just before you serve so they stay crisp.
