Hot Hot Bhajji's with Dosa batter !









Who does not like Deep fried stuff? I have come back with an awesome and quick fix recipe with leftover dosa batter! (any type of dosa). Most South Indian fridges would have dosa batter hidden in some corner; Specially if you or your MIL is from Tamil Nadu. What to do if you have very little batter leftover?? make bhajji's! (deep fried dumplings) A Very quick and easy recipe.


What you need?
  • Left over batter.
  • Finely chopped Onions
  • Green chilies
  • Finely chopped coriander.
  • Thin rice flakes also known also Flattened rice (paper Atukulu in Telugu).
  • Oil for deep fry.
  • Salt.
  • Chat masala (optional) 

How to make Hot Hot Bhajji's??

Take your leftover batter in a bowl add Onions, Chilies,Coriander, Salt and the Rice Flakes. Mix well and bring to nice thick consistency.






Make small balls of the batter, drop the in hot hot oil and fry them till golden brown. Sprinkle some chat masala and serve hot! If you have some green chutney it's an awesome combination and perfect for an evening snack.
