Roti Noodles

Breakfast is a very important part of a day, the most important of all 3 meals; you can miss any of the 3 meals but never miss breakfast.  My uncle used to follow this Golden breakfast at home rule so strictly that even if we invited him for breakfast he would eat something and go out of the house.

The basic rule is eat breakfast every day and if you can please try and have homemade breakfast and avoid any frozen stuff.

This special dish the roti noodles gives you the feel of noodles but is filled with the health and goodness of vegetables, a super healthy breakfast. No maida (all purpose flour) but noodles!! This can be a good way to make your kids eat vegetables and roti.
